HMI

The Henry Martyn Institute: International Center for Research, Interfaith Relations and Reconciliation (HMI) is an ecumenical Christian organization devoted to the unbiased research and teaching of religions as well as the development of interfaith relations and reconciliation. Since its foundation in 1930, HMI has built a strong reputation for both teaching and research. A growing number of research researchers from India and overseas use the Institute’s resources for their Master’s, Doctoral, and Post-Doctoral projects.

HMI has developed into a significant hub for research and instruction on topics linked to the study of major religions thanks to its highly skilled professors, first-rate library, and other amenities. The Henry Martyn Institute (HMI) produces scholarly journals (the Journal of the Henry Martyn Institute) and books on topics connected to interfaith dialogue.
